Oreo Cheese cake

Seriously it is delicious. I never ever love to eat cheese cake before. But this one really can't stop me from eating it again n again..Easy to make..Thanks to Nana for this recipe.

Ingredients 
( 1 round cake pan, diameter-10 cm )

Base:
* 1 cup of Marie biscuit, mashed
* 1/2 cup of butter
(Notes: Marie biscuit can be replaced with mashed Oreo Original Cookies (take out the cream)

Cream cheese:
2 x 250gm of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 cup of caster sugar
3 table spoon of brown sugar
2 teaspoon of powdered milk
1 cup of non-diary whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Oreo Chocolate Cream Cookies - roughly chopped (don't have to remove the cream) 

Method
For Base:

1. Melt the butter on stove
2. Once melted, add in mashed biscuits and stir in until combined
3. Transfer them in a pan and compressed it
4. Chill. 


For cream cheese :
1. Using an electric mixer, stir in all the cream cheese(except for the biscuits) ingredients until combined
2. Add in the cookies, and mix it
3. Transfer it in the previous pan (with base)
4. Chill for at least 4 hours

Adik-Adikku

This morning i've been watching tv with my granny..keep searching suitable channel to watch with her..ya la kan..xkan la i nak bukak channel HBO or E! kan.hehehe...lastly, i switched to TV1, her favorite channel..at that time TV1 is showing a reality show, "Adik-Adikku"..

Tertarik dgn rancangan reality show ni..lain dari yg lain. Interested with the objective of this show which is to find a 'pendaie'..(some of u might wondering what it is..aha..i've learn a new vocab today. pendaie is pendakwah kecil).. U guys try to watch these kids...u will be amaze with their talent..masih muda, but they are able to talk confidently, give facts, attract the audience, bertaranum

in-law

Seen the family in the third person point of view just make me realize. Is that difficult to 'pikat hati' your mother-in-law's? *sigh*..i'm not married yet. But i believe each girl wish to have a good & caring husband, lots of children, have a good relationship with her family-in-law. 

But seen my family's situation just make me afraid to get married. Not because i don't believe on my partner or i don't want to have lots of kids. Honestly, i am afraid if i will be in the same shoes as my mother & my aunt, struggling with their own character to make their husband's mum love them. YES! honestly it makes me scared. Sometimes it makes me thinking whether i am able to 'pikat hati' my future mother-in-law..

i'm not a good cook as my mother, nor too talkative & patience as my aunt..i am myself..still have lots of things to learn in life to become a good wife & daughter-in-law. I believe my partner can accept me as who i am. But not sure if his family can do as he does. I just wish he will always be there with me, hold my hand an lead me to the right path..That is more than enough to build up my strength.

Com'on dear, life is not a bed of roses. It is not easy to make people like u or love u as your parents did. The new part of your life is not far away..

p/s: Don't know why lately i keep thinking bout marriage. Are u ready enough for that huh?

I Miss You

tak mampu untukku menipu perasaan ini lagi

at the same time terasa terkilan

sebab tak dapat bertemu dgnnya

 buat kali terakhir sebelum dia berangkat ke Indonesia

Ibu: Nabi S.A.W sedih tgk mcm mana wanita diperlakukan..semua isteri yg buat..isteri la jaga anak, kemas rumah, bayar bil, kerja..pendek kata segala urusan rumah isteri yg buat..lelaki sekarang cuma tahu ikut sunnah kahwin 4..tapi bab sunnah Nabi yg lain xpulak diamalkannya

She thought my sis was the one who clean it up

But  actually Abah is the one yg kemas rumah pagi ni
