The life transition

It has been a while since the last post. Sejak kahwin ni tak menyempat nak update blog.  Rasa macam dah terbiar lama sangat. Setiap kali pi tempat yg best2 or makan yg best mesti akan snap gambar dulu. Niat di hati asalnya nak update blog. But then end up dgn buat pekasam ja semua tu.

Pagi ni bagun tidur entah semangat apa yg datang pun tak tau. Tetiba bersemangat waja nak update blog. Bertubi-tubi update post dah serupa macam machine gun.

Semua ni disebabkan I'm still in the process of adapting myself dgn marriage life. Terlalu banyak benda yg perlu dipelajari lagi. Dulu sebelum kahwin ingatkan kahwin ni semuanya indah belaka. Baca blog sana sini tengok org update betapa indahnya perkahwinan tu, hormon gatal nak kahwin pun naik dgn mendadaknya. Lepas kahwin baru sedar yg marriage is not only about happiness. Mimpi ja la kalau betul macam tu. Actually marriage is more than that.  When you said u are ready for a marriage, you also need to get ready for commitment, tolerance, accepting people who are totally have different background than you, handling your emotions etc. Macam2 lagi lah.  Tak mampu aku nak senaraikan semua.

Utk perempuan memang it is a very big transition. No turning back ok sayang if you dah masuk dlm gelanggang ni. Kesabaran kena cukup tinggi (Still learning). Tambah pulak utk wanita yg berkerjaya macam aku. Nak balance kan kerja, life, rumah tangga, social life, family suami & kita. Tuhan ja la yg tau. I admit it is very very challenging. Itu belum lagi ambik kira nak mengenali & menerima suami. Haa! Jgn ingat suami yg kita kenal sebelum kahwin sama seperti lepas kahwin. Hahaha... Aku yg dah kenal hubby for 7 years before we decided yo live together pun rasa masih banyak pasal hubby yg aku xtau. Masih banyak perangai and habits dia yg aku kena accept. Some time tension jugak. But that is the truth yg we have to accept as we are coming from different background and different life style.

Masih lagi dlm process nak adapt as a wife, God blessed the marriage by grant us a child. What a beautiful plan God have made for us. Rasa bersyukur sgt sebab perjalanan hidup kami dipermudahkan. Sekarang I'm about 6 months :) Which means another life transitions for both of us. Again, it was not as easy as I thought. Tak sama seperti apa yg dilihat dlm tv or baca di blogs. Selama 6 months being a mom-to-be baru aku rasa appreciate sgt pengorbanan seorang ibu tu. Every months ada saja cubaan and dugaan baru. Nak tak nak you have to be strong to put a step forward.

Haa! Nampak tak betapa transitions bertubi-tubi ni tak menyempatkan aku utk update blog. (Alasan menyedapkan hati sendiri). Apa-apa pun it was a great experience. Every single moment tak kira pahit or manis is a treasure for me. Just a sharing and reminder to others too yg marriage is not only about happiness. It actually teaches you about life. :)

Rendang ayam

Bahan-bahan:
1. Bawang merah 5 biji -mesin
2. Bawang putih 3biji - mesin
3. Halia 1 1/2 inci - mesin
4. Serai 3 batang - mesin
5. Lengkuas 1 inci -mesin
6. Buah pelaga
7. Kulit kayu manis
8. Bunga cengkih
9. Santan
10. Rempah rendang
11. Kerisik
12. Ayam
13. Daun kunyit -hiris halus
14. Daun limau purut -hiris halus
15. Cili boh
Cara-caranya
1. Tumis bahan mesin hingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan buah pelaga, kulit kayu manis, dan bunga cengkih.
3. Kalau nak pedas masukan cili boh.
4. Masukan rempah rendang. Masak hingga pecah minyak
5. Masukkan sedikit kerisik
6. Masukkan santan.
7. Masukkan ayam
8. Masukkan gula dan garam jika perlu
9. Akhir sekali masuk bahan hirisan

Sambal tumis udang petai

Bahan-bahan:
1. Bawang besar 2 biji - mesin
2. Bawang putih 3 ulas - mesin
3. Asam keping 1 keping
4. Udang
5. Petai
6. Gula
7. Garam
8. Cili boh
9. Sos tiram 1 sudu kecil  (Optional)

Cara-caranya:
1. Tumis bahan mesin.
2. Masukkan cili boh mengikut cita rasa masing-masing. Masak hingga naik bau
3. Masukan gula dan garam secukup rasa
4. Masukkan asam keping. Keluarkan bila dah cukup rasa. Jangan biarkan terlalu takut terlalu masam
5. Masukkan petai.
6. Masukkan udang.
7. Masukkan sos tiram. (Optional)
8. Hidang
